Payal Gaba
CEO & Founder
A successful business leader and educator, Payal Gaba has a degree in science and an MBA. She worked in leading organisations like Maruti and Samsung before founding BeyondSkool, an upskilling academy for kids. As the CEO of RISE School, she aims to revolutionise early childhood education by fostering creativity, curiosity and resilience in children.
Pritam Bisht
Education Strategist
Pritam Bisht has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, specialising in corporate strategy, business development and marketing. He wants to impact the education ecosystem with his expertise and drive for innovation. His forward-thinking approach has helped create something relevant for the fast-changing world.
Zeenat Bandukwala
Pedagogy & Learning Advisor
Zeenat started her career in research at Nielsen. She then joined Teach for India as a Fellow and later trained teachers, wrote curriculum and measured student impact. As co-founder and Chief Academic Officer at BeyondSkool, she created 21st-century skills curricula. She is now pursuing a PhD to understand the core competencies of exceptional teachers.
Baljeet Oberoi
Education Director & Founding Principal
A visionary leader with over two decades of experience in IB and Cambridge curriculums, Baljeet Oberoi has cultivated a culture of student agency and global perspectives in international schools. Recognized with awards like Principal of the Year and Leader in Innovation, she inspires lifelong learning and critical thinking. With postgraduate degrees in Mathematics and Education, Baljeet integrates technology, fosters interdisciplinary learning, and prioritizes student-centered approaches to make education meaningful and impactful.
Dr. Shilpa Agrawal
Child Development Expert
Dr. Shilpa holds a Ph.D. in Child Development and has over 15 years of expertise in early childhood education. She is deeply passionate about creating a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for children. With an extensive background in child and adolescent psychology, Dr. Shilpa has closely collaborated with children, parents and educators throughout her career. She understands the significance of fostering emotional, social and academic growth.

TODDLER PROGRAMME (AGE 1.5 YEARS+)
FIRST STEPS INTO THE WORLD OF WONDER.
Our Toddler programme provides a nurturing and safe environment where young children take their first steps toward discovery. With an emphasis on sensory exploration and emotional security, we focus on developing motor skills and coordination, building early social interactions and communication through songs, play and movement and creating a strong foundation for curiosity and independent exploration.
PLAYGROUP (AGES 2 TO 3 YEARS)
DISCOVERY THROUGH SENSORY PLAY.
In Playgroup, children continue their discovery journey by engaging in sensory-rich activities designed to foster curiosity and self-expression. At this stage, children are introduced to social skills development through play-based interaction, sensory exploration using textures, colours and sounds and early language skills through storytelling, rhymes and songs.
NURSERY (AGES 3 TO 4 YEARS)
WHERE CURIOSITY TAKES ROOT.
Nursery is where a child's natural curiosity blossoms. With hands-on, play-based learning experiences, we encourage children to dive deeper into the world around them. Here, the focus is on early literacy and numeracy skills through hands-on engaging activities, problem-solving and critical thinking via creative exploration and strengthening social skills through cooperative play and teamwork.
JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN (AGES 4 TO 5 YEARS)
EXPLORING NEW POSSIBILITIES
In Jr. KG, children begin to apply the skills they have developed in more structured ways. We aim to ignite their imagination and expand their academic foundations. Key areas includes introduction to early reading and writing and basic math concepts.
SENIOR KINDERGARTEN (AGES 5 TO 6 YEARS)
RISING AS CONFIDENT LEARNERS.
As children approach formal schooling, Sr. KG prepares them for academic success while fostering empathy, leadership and independence. We focus on strengthening reading, writing and problem-solving skills, encouraging leadership and collaboration through group projects and preparing children for the next stage of their academic journey by emphasising critical thinking and social-emotional development.

1. Submit Online Application
Begin the admission process by completing our online inquiry form
and submitting the application fee of Rs. 1500/-.
2. Campus Tour
We invite both parents and children to visit our school for an
exclusive, personalised tour of our state-of-the-art campus.
During this visit, you will explore our thoughtfully designed
learning environments, including classrooms, outdoor play areas,
and specialised zones like STEM, Pretend & Play, Ateliers, Music,
Library, Sensory Walks and Pottery Zones. We will also take you
through our school's philosophy and curriculum in detail.
3. Child Observation & Parent Interaction
Following the tour, we will conduct a child observation session,
along with a personal interaction between parents and the school
management.
4. Admission Decision
The final admission decision will be communicated via email and
phone. Once the required documents and fees are submitted, your
child’s admission will be officially confirmed
